I’ve always been fascinated by people and what helps them do their best work.
Over the last 20+ years I’ve worked across a variety of industries, roles and environments, but the common thread has remained consistent: helping people, teams and businesses work better.
Whether managing retail teams, coordinating projects, improving customer experiences, organising events or supporting business improvement initiatives, I’ve always been drawn to understanding how things work, identifying what’s getting in the way and helping people make meaningful progress.
