90 minutes | £250 | One thing we need to get unstuck
Bring me the problem, opportunity, idea or decision that’s been ratting around your head and we’ll spend 90 minutes getting stuck into it.
I’ll ask the questions, help you untangle what’s going on and work with you to turn all that thinking into something useful.
- Clarity – What are we actually dealing with?
- Priorities – What matters now?
- A plan – What are you going to do about it?
- A next step – What’s the first thing you’re actually going to do?
You’ll also get a short follow-up accountability call afterwards, because a lovely plan isn’t much use if it stays in your notebook.
