Got an event in mind?

Let's make it happen.

From the first idea to the last guest leaving. I can help you create events that are thoughtful, seamless and genuinely memorable.

I can manage the whole thing or step in where you need support – from venues and suppliers to guest experience, logistics and delivery on the day.

THE BEST EVENTS LOOK EFFORTLESS.

They usually aren't.

Behind every relaxed, well-run event are dozens of decisions, emails, timings, suppliers, contingency plans and tiny details somebody has quietly thought about in advance.

I can help shape the idea, create the plan, coordinate the moving parts and be there on the day making sure everything works as it should.

So you can actually be present at your won event – rather than spending the evening wondering where the extension lead goes.

You enjoy the event.

I’ll worry about the moving parts.

Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’ve spent over 20 years working across events, businesses, projects, retail and teams – and I genuinely love the combination of creativity, people and logistics that comes with making an event happen.

I’m organised, calm when things go sideways and particularly good at spotting the details that can make the difference between an event that merely happens and one people actually enjoy.

You bring the idea. I’ll help make it real.

"Sarah is brilliant at taking an idea and turning it into an event people genuinely want to be part of. She combines organisation and attention to detail with a real instinct for bringing people together – and somehow makes the whole thing look effortless."

What does event support cost?

Every event is different, so pricing depends on the scope, size and level of support you need.

That might be a fixed project fee, a day rate or an agreed number of hours.

Once I understand what you’re planning, I’ll give you a clear proposal so you know exactly what’s included before we start.

What kind of events can you help with?

I work on business events, networking evenings, workshops, launches, community events, fundraising events and other gatherings that bring people together for a reason. If yours doesn’t fit neatly into one of those categories, that’s absolutely fine – tell me what you have in mind and we can see if I’m the right fit.

Yes. I can take an event from the initial idea through to planning, venues, suppliers, ticketing, guest communications, logistics and delivery on the day. Equally, if you already have some of those things covered, I can simply step in and take responsibility for the bits you need help with.

Potentially, yes. If most of the planning is already taken care of but you need someone experienced to coordinate suppliers, manage timings, look after guests and generally make sure everything runs as it should, we can talk about on-the-day support.

As early as you can is always helpful, particularly if we need to find a venue or coordinate several suppliers. But if you’ve left things slightly later than intended (it happens!), still get in touch. I’ll be honest about what’s realistic and whether I have the capacity to help.

No. I’m based in North Yorkshire and love working with businesses and organisations locally, but I can support events further afield too. Some of the planning can also be handled remotely, so if you have an event in mind, get in touch and we can work out what makes sense.
